I am very pleased to welcome you to my practice or to treat you in your home.
To ensure our collaboration is clear, transparent and comfortable for both sides, you will find my General Terms and Conditions below.
Cost Coverage
Please clarify with your supplementary insurance before the start of treatment whether the costs will be covered. My ZSR number is: G-253763.
Prices
My current prices are transparently published on my website and can be viewed at any time. The prices valid at the time of treatment on my website are binding.
Appointments
Agreed appointments are binding.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, I charge the full reserved appointment time.
Cancellations can be made via SMS, WhatsApp, email or phone call. An appointment is only considered cancelled once you receive confirmation from me.
If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly. The full treatment price remains payable.
Treatment Time
Treatment time also includes assessment as well as dressing and undressing.
Payment Terms
Payment is possible by card, cash or bank transfer. Invoices must be paid within 10 days. In case of late payment, an administration fee of CHF 20 may be charged per reminder.Home Visits
As traffic in Zurich has recently become very demanding, I cannot guarantee that home visits are always possible.
Home visits can only take place at times when traffic conditions allow it.
For home visits, a parking space must be available in close proximity.
If no parking space is available and I cannot park the vehicle, I reserve the right not to perform the appointment and to charge the reserved treatment time.
If my arrival time is delayed due to traffic, I will of course inform you as early as possible.
Data Protection
Your data will be treated confidentially and processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Legal
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and accepted my General Terms and Conditions.
If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Swiss law applies.
